This product aims to provide structured information on your company operations, focusing in particular on the interface between IT and business. As part of the project, we build a common language to foster communication between IT and the company’s core business. Solutions Architecture

Solutions architecture typically involves designing incredibly complex IT systems which are in line with your business requirements as well as technological and design standards in force at your organization. We supervise the process of solution building by development teams. We are driven to apply the latest developments in solutions architecture and IT solutions development, which brings us closer to technologies used by Facebook, Netflix and Amazon than to classic solutions used to architect an enterprise.

Restructuring of IT Departments

Our solution allows for a comprehensive change in your IT structure by addressing problems caused by the generally low quality of services, the mismatch between the services and your business needs, the lack of support in developing new products and services, and relatively high running costs. We identify the IT functions which become redundant following the merger, acquisition or a large organizational change at your company (e.g. a strategic change).

IT Due Diligence

This service covers a comprehensive overview of the IT area, with a particular focus on HR, systems, infrastructure, legal aspects (intellectual property rights, NDA, non-competition agreements), quality of software development processes, systems maintenance, and potential systems-related opportunities after the acquisition of the company is finalized. The product is mainly aimed at investors and companies which develop their business through acquisitions.

IT Audits

A broad group of products defined by their purpose. First of all, the process involves determining the desired business result you want to achieve. Then, we review the current processes, organization, technologies, and information flow. Once a general outline of future processes, organization, technologies and information flow is prepared, we develop a plan how to bridge the gap between the current and desired (future) states. The project outcomes report provides a complete picture of the problem and our recommendations.

Requirements Management and Support in System Selection

This service covers support in the process of managing requirements for the software to be purchased or developed as well as guidance in selecting a solution that meets your requirements, support during negotiation and purchase, and assistance during its implementation. This product is particularly beneficial in larger deployments. It is considered particularly efficient to reduce the risk of project failure.

Project and Program Management

Cospio boasts its team of highly skilled consultants with extensive experience in implementing complex organizational and technological changes in large organizations. Implementation of change through projects and project programs based on defined and proven methodologies is most likely to lead to successful change management. We use MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, and SCRUM methodologies.

Interim Management

We support your organization through difficult times by providing management resources in areas which are facing temporary challenges. This helps to stabilize the situation, find a solution to the problem, and select a future manager for the area managed by interim manager. For instance, we can verify whether the hired manager meets your expectations, (which typically takes place after 6 months).
